Mrs. Koenig is the mother of two outstanding young men. When her boys were little they assisted her with the elders she cares for. She believes in involving young people in caring for seniors. She has 30+ years of experience as an elder care doula and end-of-life doula. She has 20+ years as a paralegal with an emphasis on Estate Planning. She became a Certified End-of-Life Doula, Elder Care Doula, and Doula Care Consultant in 2017. She has a master’s degree in Healthcare Management. Has been a business owner since 2003. Mrs. Koenig has a very big heart and believes in being in the trenches with her dying patients and their families. She has experience with home wakes and preparing bodies for families to say their last goodbyes. She is the founder and an instructor of TX Doula Movement and End-of-Life Care Institute, an online Doula training organization.
Mrs. Frazier has been married for 60 years and is the mother of eight
(8) adult children. She is the Education Director for End-of-Life Care Institute. She is a retired Licensed Professional Counselor
and Outreach Pastor at Whole Life Christian Church West, San Antonio, TX. Developer and facilitator for various religious events. She held the position of a Mental Health Therapist for Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital where she facilitated outpatient mental health, chemical dependency, and PTSD groups; served as a Pastoral Counselor for St. Mark’s Methodist church, and is a Counselor and Director for A One Flesh Ministry, where she specializes in relationship and family issues, grief and anxiety
counseling, and other mental health issues. She has trained educators and future educators to successfully teach others.
